1. Returns Eligibility:

1.1. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Your request for a return must be made within 28 days of the purchase date.

1.2. Items that are not eligible for return include:

• Custom-made or personalized products.

• Gift cards.

• Was which has arrived damaged (chipped or snapped ) with intake packaging

2. Return Process:

2.1. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer support team at laylascraftycreations@gmail.com to request a return 

• Include the original order number on the outside of the package you are returning.

• Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

2.3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Refund Process:

3.1. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

3.2. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

4.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item see section 1, please contact us immediately at laylascraftycreations@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including any return shipping costs.

5.1. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process.
